-Zero Round=1 minute wall sit at 25 minutes
-2 Missed Rounds= Continue with OTM 30 single unders and 25 yard bear crawl

  1. Completed Challenge with no missed rounds. Finished between 29-36 seconds each round.

    Did 12.1 and sucked it up yesterday. 97 reps. Very much unwanted Re do tomorrow.
