Toes to Bar: Spend 15:00 working on efficiency of the movement
Between sets of Toes to bar, perform static holds of :
Handstand hold (wall, free) : 15
Overhead KB Hold x :15
Then:
10 rounds for time, with a partner of:
40 Single Unders
30 Mountain Climbers (2 count)
20 Air Squats
10 Toes to bar
5 Squat Thrusts
50 feet wheel barrow walk
20:00 time cap/ Work is NOT Split, but rounds are!
