good workout today! started out with 60kg jumped to 65kg, failed 67.5, but didn”t quit, threw up 65kg with a 2 pound jump got two sets of them hit the 67.5 set and then hammered out a 70kg set feelin great. then pulled a 579 meter on a 2 min for time. confidence is high can”t wait to beat that 70kg next time out.

I think I’m somewhere around 5-7th place after event one at the Winter Throwdown. Can’t believe it! there’s about 50 men, and 15 or so women.
