Here we go. As you all know Joyce just had our baby girl Violet. She is making her way back into the gym and is ready to give 100% paleo a run as well.
If you have dabbled with paleo and want to really commit to get the full benefits of it, come along for the ride.
We will help you along the way of course with any questions or guidance you may need.

Yeeeeaaaayyyyyyyy!!! I’ve been waiting for something like this. I’m Paleo, but this will be so fun! I am available for consultations or tips if anyone needs it. A vegan on my softball team asked me how I had so much energy, um Paleo! It’s fantastic 🙂

Every possible meal is covered here, along with categories by meat. When things are categorized by meat you can’t go wrong.

Thanks Adrienne. I thought more about your chocolate question. There really is no reason that 85%+ Cacao shouldn’t be included in the first 30 days. Let’s just not eat a bar a day. The only real concern would be the sugar, but it is negligible.
