Last night was totally F.U.B.A.R. I only scaled back the squat cleans from 45lbs to 35lbs everything else I did as perscribed. It took me 36:05 and all of my energy just to stand up afterwards. Then I jumped on the urg machine to try and beat the post workout record (500m) but came up a few seconds short at 2:02. But you can’t get results without putting in the time and your max effort everytime! Late
My bad it was a 1:48 not a 2:02 the brain is still feeling it from last night!
