Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes Double Unders
Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes Max Ropes Climbs

Alternate starting movements if necessary for rope availabilty.

    Double Unders- 116

  2. Deadlift – 85, 90, 95, 102.5, 107.5 (7.5k PR)
    then 20 reps @ 75k

    Rope (scaled) – 9
    Squats (just parallel) – 20
    DUs – 95
