Teams of 3 People:

100 Burpees
200 Swings 24kg Men/16kg Women
300 Squats
400 Meter Plate Carry 20kg Men/10Kg Women
500 Single Unders

For Time

-Only 1 person working at one time, except for the plate carry where everyone goes together.
-The other 2 teammates must hold their plates from the carry while the person is working.

Then the party begins. Should be a great day. See you in the AM.
