Working with a partner, one person continuously swings a 36lb Kettle bell while the other runs 100yds holding a 20# med ball. When the runner gets back to his/her partner, they switch.
The clock runs continuously for 13 minutes with 5 push-ups due at the top of every minute. Scores are tabulated by counting the total number of KB swings for each group.
